Arguments

n_species

Integer. Number of species

n_basal

Integer. Number of basal species

l

Interger. Expected number of links in the upper triangle

theta

Numeric. Scale parameter of an exponential distribution. Smaller values indicate greater trophic specialization.

cannibal

Logical. If TRUE, cannibalism allowed

competition

List for competition coefficients between producers. Specify minimum and maximum values for a uniform distribution.

attack

List for attack rates. Specify minimum and maximum values for a uniform distribution.

convert

List for conversion efficiency. Specify minimum and maximum values for a uniform distribution.

regulation

List for self regulation (or intraspecific competition). Specify minimum and maximum values for a uniform distribution.
